History– Late Mr. Jagdish Saxena
He was a Science graduate from Delhi University, and had wide and comprehensive experience in the fields ofproduction, sales, marketing and distribution, foreign tie-ups, new product identification, development and launch ofnew product and product management.
Had been working in the pharmaceutical industry for over 5 decades.
Had worked with companies like SarabhaiChem, Tata Fison, Martin &Harris and Walter Bushnell and handled various responsibilities including selling, liaisoning, marketing, foreign collaborations.
In 1983 he formed Elder Pharmaceuticals along with a group of professionals.

Mrs. Shalini Saxena Kumar
As the daughter of Jagdish Saxena, Mrs Shalini Saxena Kumar was groomed to take over the 2000cr Elder Pharma business, she holds an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami. She began her career working in her family business, Elder Pharmaceuticals primarily as the head of sales and marketing. Their vision was to expand the womens wellness markets in India. Her profile included the overseeing of manufacturing and distribution of medical equipment and sleep therapy equipment. She was the pivotal force behind launching the first oxygen concentrator in India.
With over 30+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, FMCG goods and industrial machinery, she has a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing. Her core skills include, but are not limited to, negotiation, public speaking, marketing and financial management. In 201 4,she ventured further and co-founded Elder Neutraciticals. Elder has been in the industry for a decade now and established itself as a leader in these segments

Mr. Karan Raj Kumar
Mr Karan Raj Kumar is the technical director and overlooks all the verticals at Elder primarily at quality control and allied areas. An aeronautical engineer by profession, he spent the early years of his career working at Jet Airways where he sharpened his skills and grew eminently.Using his experience in engineering, he proceeded to look at various facets of quality control in machines and finished products.
In the past 10 years, he has been essential to growing Elder’s customer base and enhancing its brand image. His core skills include, but are not limited to, engineering, processes, automation, technology, and innovation. His knowledge, experience, and inquisitiveness to keep learning are significant and key towards expanding Elder both nationally and internationally.
